The United States is the world's third-largest country by both size and population, is comprised of 50 states-often described as ’50 countries in one’.

In this session, we will highlight some of the key differences between states and regions of the US, to enable you to know where best to focus your efforts when selling your food and drink.

Additionally, we will also cover the key differences between UK and US labelling regulation, including a detailed discussion on energy calculations, focusing on the distinction between available and total carbs and how this impact labels.
